A retailer representative explains the financing program and its key details to the grower.

The grower fills out an application and selects their preferred loan term and rate.

The grower receives an automated email with one of three outcomes:
1. Approved: Terms and rates are reviewed, agreed upon, and the grower selects their financing
structure to proceed.
2. In Review: Compeer’s team reaches out to collect additional information from the grower. After
resolving any issues, the application is re-evaluated, and a final decision is communicated by phone.
3. Denied: The grower receives immediate on-screen notification and an email. A formal notice of denial
follows via email within 24-48 hours.

Compeer’s Inside Sales team contacts approved applicants to:
– Set up a DocuSign PIN.
– Confirm loan details.
– Gather entity structure details and signature requirements.
– Collect copies of all borrowers’ driver’s licenses.

Loan documents are sent electronically via DocuSign. After signing, the loan is booked and funds are available to the retailer within 1-2 business days.

The retailer requests loan funds on behalf of the grower and then funds are transferred directly via ACH 6
to the retailer’s account.

The grower receives monthly loan statements by mail and a bill approximately 20 days before the loan’s 7
due date.

The grower can repay their loan by:
– Mailing a check upon receiving their bill.
– Using Compeer’s Online Banking portal, where they enroll and link their bank account to conveniently
make payments online or via mobile.
