The Summer is here and teenagers everywhere are seeking for some form of employment, either part-time or full time, or even seasonal.  That is OK, because the Target company as well as others like Toys R Us, Walmart, K-mart, Sears and so many more to name, are OK with hiring part-time or seasonal positions.  This most certainly also makes easy decisions for these companies once Summer is over or school starts again.  Just make sure that you put on your Target application that your intentions are not to work beyond a certain time.  The one thing that you do not want to do, is burn bridges with any of these companies.  They hire you because there is a need, whatever their company feels those needs are.  Make sure that you treasure the opportunity and always communicate your intentions to your employer.  Everyone will have a great working relationship and that is all that you can ask for.

Why do people choose the Target application over most of the other companies out there?  Well for one, this company has showed a significant growth over the last (2) recession riddled years, and growth equals new hires.  Granted the Holidays were slow according to the financial analyst, and a government induced stimulus is no where in sight, but people still shop and the people that claim that we are rebounding from this hard hit recession attempt to make people go and purchase that new TV or that Blue Ray DVD player or anything else that people crave these days.  The Summer days are usually hit or miss, but with the almost certain guarantee of a Target Super Center anywhere near you while you vacation, then Summer sales should be steady to say the least.
